On November 2, 2021, at the Russian Center in Bratislava at the European Foundation of Slavic Literature and Culture, the Open Day of the Firebird creative studio of vocal and acting was held.
The hosts of the meeting are the soloist of the Slovak National Theater Vladimir Streltsov and the soloist of the Don Cossack ensemble - the Volny Don folklore group Nadezhda Bulanova. The artists talked about their work in Bratislava, about their concert activities, about their vision of the foundations of a vocal studio and acting.
Then the young participants and their parents were awaited by amazing master classes, during which the guests had the opportunity to practice the sense of rhythm and coordination, the perception of music, and also learned new, creative ways of communication and interaction with each other. Of course, those present were mesmerized by the beautiful voices of the performers, and the children boldly joined in the live vocal lessons.
The adult participants were interested and involved in the discussion by Vladimir Streltsov's lecture-conversation about the Moscow folk dialect. Those present learned about the differences that exist between the normative modern Russian language and the Moscow dialect, especially in the field of vocabulary and word formation.
At the end of the meeting, the opening of the Firebird vocal and acting studio was officially announced, and adults and children sincerely thanked the organizers and soloists for the wonderful meeting and creative atmosphere!
