International summer film camp ends in Slovakia

From August 6 to 14, 2022 in Slovakia in a picturesque place, not far from the town of Sopornia, the VI International Children's Film Camp for children and teenagers was held.
The European Foundation for Slavic Literature and Culture has traditionally taken part in the selection of children, providing information support.

Became a favorite for many children, the film camp in Slovakia is not only active recreation and entertainment programs, but also training in the professions of cinema, filming films and cartoons.

During the time spent in the film camp, under the guidance of professional mentors, the guys went through the basics of film theory, delving into all stages of film production step by step.

Throughout the shift, the camp participants, led by Mirat Urazaev, an artist and designer from the Czech Republic, worked on creating their own cartoons.
The children went kayaking, participated in active games, visited the pool every day.
And also they were waiting for creative master classes in acting with artists from the theater of Nitra (Andrea Sabova, Marian Viskup), and with a young actress Maria Maslova.
Photographer Ivan Zelenin taught the children photography lessons.
Unforgettable were excursions to the Smolenitsky Castle and Drina Cave.
So for several days of staying in the creative atmosphere of the film camp, the participants had the opportunity to become real actors, screenwriters, directors, star in a short film, plunge into the magic of filmmaking.
At the end of the shift, each participant received a Certificate of completion of the theoretical and practical course in film production.
