On the 24th of January 2017 in Bratislava was hosted musical and poetic evening entitled "Slavic mood." The name was not chosen by chance. Russian artists have included into the program verses of Russian poets and musical works of Slavic composers.

Professor of the Moscow Conservatory, pedagogue and a virtuoso violinist, laureate of international contests and jury member of various international festivals Victor Abramian conquered the audience with an unforgettable performance of works by Tchaikovsky, Rachmaninov, Stravinsky. He was accompanied by a famous and talented pianist E. Litvinova.
Moscow poet and writer, a member of the Writers' Union of Russia, Ivan Pavlov read poems of Igor Severyanin, Nikolay Gumilyov, Vladimir Vysotsky and his poems in the author's performance.
An evening was held in the hall of the RCSC, which brought together connoisseurs of classical music and poetry. In the hall was an amazing atmosphere, the audience expressed their delight not only with applause, but also with cries of "bravo".
At the end of the evening the entire delegation from Moscow visited the Russian center, got acquainted with its activity, studied the possibilities of cooperation. Musicians V. Abramyan and E. Litvinova spoke about the musical traditions of the Slavic countries, the importance of contacts with European artists, the special value of the sound of Russian classical music. The poet Ivan Pavlov, being awarded with the medal of the Moscow Union of Writers of A.S. Pushkin for patriotic poems "Immortal regiment", was interested in the sentiments of compatriots and of Slovak citizens, in their attitude to the heroes of World War II. He immediately found in the library of the Russian Center books of the Russian authors about the war. He has highly appreciated the content and beautiful decoration of books of the President of the European Fund of Slavic Literature and Culture, Professor Bondarenko "Great Patriotic War" and "Russia.
