The Russian Center of the European Foundation for Slavic Literature and Culture in Bratislava invites you to take part in the III Moscow International Vladimir Krainev Pianists Contest , which will be held from March 26 to April 1, 2019 in Moscow.
The Moscow International House of Music invites young pianists from all over the world to the III Moscow International Vladimir Kainev Pianists Competition, the most important part of which is the special system support of laureates. Among the special prizes from the jury and organizers are grants, training programs, solo concerts and performances both in Russia and abroad with leading groups such as the State Chamber Orchestra "Virtuosos of Moscow" and the National Philharmonic Orchestra of Russia under the direction of Vladimir Spivakov. Theese prizes can give a real "start in life" to the most worthy young performers.
COMPETITORS
The competition is open to young pianists from all over the world and will be held in three age categories:
- Junior category - from 8 to 12 years inclusive (born between March 28, 2006 and March 27, 2011);
- Middle category - from 13 to 16 years inclusive (born between March 28, 2002 and March 27, 2006);
- Senior category - from 17 to 22 years inclusive (born between March 28, 1996 and March 27, 2002).
Participants who are 12 or 16 at the time of the Contest can participate in the next age category at will.
TERMS OF THE COMPETITION
March 26 - April 1, 2019
STAGES OF THE COMPETITION
The first stage - Selection round on video recordings (in the period from November 1 to November 15, 2018);
The second stage - Preliminary auditions (in the period from November 21, 2018 to February 28, 2019);
The third stage - Competitive auditions (in the period from March 27 to March 31, 2019).
THE CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE COMPETITION
To participate in the contest it is necessary to fill out the participant's application form on the website www.krainevcompetition.com no later than October 31, 2018 and upload a video for the qualifying round.
In addition to the video recordings, the following documents must be sent to the official address info@krainevcompetition.com:
- a copy of the participant's passport (for participants over 14 years old) or a copy of the birth certificate (in "jpg." format);
- creative biography of the contest participant (in "doc." format);
- portrait photo of the contest participant (in "jpg." format).
Applications received after 24 hours 00 minutes on October 31, 2018, are not considered.
All text materials are accepted in Russian and / or in English.
Video records sent without the application of the necessary documents are not considered and applicants are not allowed to participate in the competition.
