On the 31st of January 2019 in the Russian Center of the European Fund of Slavic Literature and Culture in Bratislava, the opening of the exhibition of books on the subject "History of the Russian State" was organized.

New cafe dedicated to Vysotsky became a meeting place for compatriots in Bratislava

On 25th of January 2019, a unique cafe with the name “The Seventh String” dedicated to the legendary Russian actor, poet, composer and bard Vladimir Vysotsky was opened in Bratislava.

Demonstration of the documentary film "Golden Prague and its Russian brilliance" about the life of Russian emigration in Czechoslovakia.

On the 14th of February 2019 in the Russian Center of the European Foundation of Slavic Literature and Culture in Bratislava, a documentary film about the life of Russian emigration in Czechoslovakia, called "Golden Prague and its Russian brilliance", was shown.

The famous Russian director Nikita Mikhalkov, together with the historian and publicist Vladimir Markovchin, produced a whole series of films about the life and destinies of Russian emigration abroad under the general title “Russians without Russia”.

The results of the photo contest "Slovakia and Russia in the lens of the young photographers"

On the 10th of December 2018, the Russian Center of the European Foundation of Slav ic Literature and Culture in Bratislava summed up the results of the photo contest “Slovakia and Russia in the lens of the young photographers”.

Open lesson in Russian Language for high school students from Koshice.

On the 23d of November 2018, in the Russian Center of the European Foundation of Slavic Literature and Culture in Bratislava, an open lesson in Russian language and culture was held. This lesson was dedicated to the 190th anniversary of the birth of  Russian writer L.N. Tolstoy.

Students of the senior classes of the Milan Rostislav Shtefanik bilingual gymnasium from the city of Koshice came for a visit. High school students have come a long way to Bratislava, traveling 450 kilometers by bus.
