On the 23d of November 2017, in Bratislava, in the gallery "Aircraft Gallery" a unique art exhibition within the framework of the International Exhibition Project "Great Silk Road: Yangtze / Volga / Danube" was opened, bringing together artists from Central and Eastern Europe, Russia and China.
Leading humanitarian associations of Russia, Slovakia and China were the organizers and partners of this large-scale project. Among them were: the Creative Union of Russian Artists, the European Center of Fine Arts, the Russian Academy of Arts, the Volga Region Department of the Russian Academy of Arts, the European Foundation of Slavic Literature and Culture, the Russian Center in Bratislava of the Fund "Russian World ", the European Academy of Security and Conflictology, the Ministry of Culture of the Saratov region, the Saratov State Art Museum named after...
On the 20th of November 2017 in the assembly hall of the Museum of M.I. Kutuzov in the Slovak village Rishnevets a scientific and practical conference on the movement of the Russian army under the direction of Marshal Kutuzov in 1805 on the territory of modern Slovakia was held.
The Kutuzov Museum was opened on the initiative of the leader Karol Labosh in 2012 in the historical building, where the headquarters of the Russian army was located. After the heavy defeat of the anti-Napoleonic coalition in the Battle of Austerlitz, now it is the city of Slavkov on the territory of the Czech Republic, in December 1805 the Russian army retreated to the east. Slovak scientist Ivan Mrva provided archival documents confirming these facts.
On the 16th of November 2017 in the exhibition hall of the State Scientific Library of Banska Bystrica city, the exhibition of the famous Russian artist Tatyana Vavrzhina "The Philosophy of Beauty" was opened.
The Russian center in Bratislava of the European Foundation of Slavic Literature and Culture has been cooperating with the artist for a long time and also is the organizer of her exhibitions in Slovakia. Together with the Russian Center of Science and Culture, an exhibition of the artist's works for Banska Bystrica city was formed.
On the 13th of November 2017 in the magnificent exhibition hall in the Nove Zamky city, in the premises of the former Imperial Royal Riding School, which is a national cultural monument, an exhibition of paintings by Russian artists was opened.
The exhibition was prepared by the public humanitarian organization Mirelub jointly with the Russian Center in Bratislava of the European Foundation of Slavic Literature and Culture and the Novovital gallery.
