Information about the 13th edition of the Moscow International Festival of Slavic music

The Moscow international festival of Slavic music is an important cultural and educational projects. The festival aims to promote young artists from Slavic countries to exchange experiences and build creative intercultural dialogue.

The Concert of Russian virtuosos in the Conservatory of Bratislava

On the 26th of January 2017, in Bratislava, was hosted a concert of Russian musicians in the Concert Hall of the Conservatory. Russian Centre in Bratislava in cooperation with the RCSC were the organizers of this wonderful concert. As the spectators conservatory gathered students and teachers.

Taking into account the specifics of listeners, Russian Centre held negotiations with the Moscow Conservatory and invited to participate in a concert unique musicians. Together they prepared a program that included not only works of Russian composers, but also works of famous Czech composers A. Dvorzhak and J. Suk.

Russists Forum in Slovakia

On 19-20 of October 2016, in the Slovakian city Ruzomberok, in the classroom of Pedagogical Faculty of the Catholic University was held a " Ruzomberoks Russists Forum: projects and reforms."

The forum was organized by the Association of Russists in Slovakia (ARS) with the support of the Russian Embassy in the Slovak Republic, the Russian Fund of Culture and representation of Rossotrudnychestvo in Slovakia.

Scientific-practical seminar and presentation of the five-volume edition of "Enterprise and Entrepreneurship"

On the 9th of December in Bratislava was held Scientific-practical seminar on entrepreneurship, in which there was a presentation of several years work of Slovak scientist Stefan Kashshay under the title "Enterprise and Entrepreneurship". The Russian Centre of Science and Culture gathered scientists and entrepreneurs, public figures and university professors from Russia and Slovakia. The meeting was opened by Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Russian Federation in Slovakia – A.L. Fedotov, who welcomed the participants and emphasised the importance of contacts between scientists and experts of the two countries, their dialogue and cooperation.

A series of workshops on the Russian language and culture in Bratislava

The Russian Center in Bratislava, the European Fund of Slavic Literature and Culture held a series of seminars on the Russian language and culture. Seminars were held for students of Russian language courses in order to expand vocabulary and familiarity with the best representatives of Russian culture. Two seminars were held in November and one in December.

Internship of Russian language of Master from Poland

From the 3d of October till the 5th of December 2016 in the Russian center in Bratislava at the European Fund of Slavic Literature and Culture was held an internship for Master of Bialystok University Mikolayuk Lucia (Łucja Mikołajuk) from Poland.

Lucia Mikolayuk graduated in Bialystok University and received a master's degree in Philology of the Russian language. It was aimed at training in the Russian Centre in Bratislava according to the European Union's "Erasmus» (Erasmus) program.
